TATTOO ARTIST
With 15 years of working in the tattoo industry under her belt and her own shop to show for it, Lydia Hazelton is a true artistic soul. She also has a BA (Hons) in Drawing and a diploma in Art History. She sometimes steps into the world of stripping too, adding a gentle layer of confidence and self-expression to her repertoire. She’s the quiet powerhouse behind the scenes—organizing the flow and making sure everyone feels both inspired and at ease.

MIDNIGHT BALLERINA
A professional stripper who combines a foundation of classical dance training with a passion for sensual movement and expression, Sabrina is the heart and soul behind much of the Mind-Body-Soul Retreat’s design. She’s not just sexy and confident, her quick wit and easygoing charm make clients feel comfortable and ready to have fun, effortlessly turning good vibes into generous spending. Sabrina’s touch brings a playful, empowered energy to the retreat, making it a space where fun, self-expression, and a bit of cheeky humor all blend beautifully together.

Kerrie McManus
COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Kerrie is our Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, accredited by the BABCP and genuinely passionate about helping people feel lighter and more understood. She has a Master’s in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She currently works with NHS Talking Therapies as well as in her own private practice in the North West. Kerrie supports people both one-to-one and in groups (in person and online), helping with things like anxiety, low mood, trauma, OCD, bereavement, PTSD, health anxiety, and long-term health conditions. She’s also spent years working in crisis support, substance misuse and domestic abuse services, and has supported young people with their mental health — so she brings a lot of real, grounded experience into her work.
